How is your library doing their part to keep the community safe?

  1. We are only allowing 4 patrons/ families in at a time in order to meet the capacity guidelines.
  2. We are only allowing 10 students or less in the library at a time.
  3. The library has been sectioned off into two parts, so that we can keep the students and public separate.
  4. Students are not permitted to use the public restrooms. They must go back to the school to use the restroom.
  5. We are sanitizing doors and often touched areas throughout the day.
  6. We sanitize the computers after each use.
  7. We are quarantining books for at least 24 hours in order to stop the spread of germs.
  8. Patrons, staff, and students must wear face coverings when social distancing is not possible or when the school requires it.
  9. All students, staff and patrons must check temperature to make sure they do not have a fever of 101.4 or higher before utilizing the library.
  10. We have postponed all in library programming and have started doing virtual story hour each week.
  11. The library/ school has made hand sanitizer dispensers and masks easily available for all.
  12. On Wednesday that the school is closed the library is also closed in order to deep clean.
  13. We have closed the Makerspace items at this time.
  14. The meeting room is closed at this time.
